West Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu reaffirmed the state’s commitment to supporting underprivileged and eligible beneficiaries on Friday. He emphasized efforts to improve education, scholarships, digital learning, and infrastructure. Basu, who has held the portfolio since 2021 and earlier under Mamata Banerjee’s first ministry, also leads Paschimbanga Bangla Akademi and Minerva Natyasanskriti Charchakendra.
